REPUBLICAN Network for Unity has said it has suspended a member after allegations of historical abuse were made against him. It also follows a four page write-up regarding the story in last weeks Sunday World.
A spokesman for the group, which is linked to dissident organisation Oglaigh name hEireann (ONH), said the action was taken after it was informed of allegations against a man with “strong affiliations to us”. “We informed him that he was being suspended without prejudice pending the outcome of what we understand to be legal proceedings,” he said.
