URGENT ACTION NEEDED FOR POLITICAL PRISONER KHADER ADNAN (61 Days on Hunger Strike)Al-Awda, The Palestine Right To Return Coalition calls on all people of conscience to take immediate action to try to save the life of Palestinian political prisoner Khader Adnan who has been illegally detained by Israeliauthorities under the guise of “administrative detention” without any charge or trial whatsoe…ver.To protest his ill-treatment in Israeli detention and ongoing humiliation of Palestinians who resist the illegal occupation of Palestine, and to protect his dignity and dignity of all Palestinians, Khader Adnan began a hunger strike on December 17, 2011, 59 days ago.

The Israeli kangaroo court system has systematically denied Khader Adnan’s court appeals to release him from prison without regard to his severe and dangerous medical condition. This has been common practice by the Israeli court system for Palestinians who courageously challenge Israel’s brutal occupation.
